Indeed, it is. There's a purple box near the roof, and the sky is light blue...

I get this error when I try to run your map:

Mod_LoadBrushModel:maps/mapname.bsp has wrong version number [571084155 should be 30]"

Rowleybob you probably got that error because the map was miscategorized as being a CS map, but it's for CSS
