ummm, Replace ALL the light entities with 1 light_enviroment and set its pitch to -90, that will work like a sun.
Down in the water put some texture lights in...
And also, no lights in the floor

And theres no need for those .p0 files.
But could be a good map if you fix all the errors.

It's always either filled with boxes or comprised OF boxes with maps like these.
