An example map showcasing some nifty special effects that i'd like to see in more maps. It's all done without coding, which is a big plus for those without coding knowledge.

NOW UPDATED FOR AN IMPROVED EFFECT!
  • Door glitch/problem now fixed
  • A lighting glitch is also fixed

other things include, using env_explosions, phys_explosions, env_fades and how to use the point_command to trigger console commands (eg. the slomo and b/w filter).

it's a real shame this doesn't work in multiplayer...

I was making a garys mod map, and testing it in single player GM, so it worked fine, but when i loaded it up on Habboi's server, no slow-mo :'(

even set the clientcommand to sv_cheats 1 first.
