This is a small map for counter-strike, with podbot waypoints included. It is based on a call of duty 4 map. Feedback is welcome, but please read the readme in the file first, or you risk addressing something that is already mentioned in the readme.

Yor're a new mapper. But congratulations : you have no leaks, proper lighting and a successfully compiled map.
But here's the bad side : this map looks like a pit where people trash their objects. You created a room, and then just started to add props. There is absolutely no architecture involved, only the props are making your map.
But it's ok, it can be funny to play ( fy style). Next map you release, try to invent some wall-art ... let your imagination explode on the architecture part ;). And also be an active member , you will discover wonderful things in time on this great community we call TWHL

thx alot for this contructive feedback. I agree it is a big room filled with crap, but the same can probably be said for the actual call of duty map this is based on.
Good idea, I should post my first map.. but you'd prolly don't want that right?

This is very small, but because there is enough cover you won't be killed at start. Nonetheless, it's not very interesting. Dull lightning, repetive use of textures and props, but I would say the textures do complement each other in color. I'm not an active CS player, but I would say this can actually be a fun twist between de_ and fy_ maps.

Deathan, that's not fair at all, my first map was made when I was 12 and I'd never even figured out how to compile maps by then, so it eventually got lost with a bunch of other stuff. First maps are supposed to suck.

Keep mapping. Your start is good.

Kudos for a good first map!
