Armed with M249's and HE grenades, Counter-Terrorists must defend the solar system against extra-Terrorist-rial forces! CT's and (E)T's start on opposite sides of the planet Saturn. Walk along the inside of the rings that surround the planet, using asteroids for cover, or quickly close the distance along the outside using rockets (CT's) or UFOs (T's).

This map was made for TWHL's 2020 func_vehicle jam, over the course of 3 or 4 days. Inspired by Admer456's mention of the effects entity attribute, which can be used to give rockets an exhaust effect, among other things.

The .rmf and .wad files are included, but you'll need MESS to compile it properly. Note that the .wad file is not required to play the map.

Very nice looking simple map. Very cool brushwork. Maybe the vehicles could go a little faster. Can't wait to play it in the server!

Pretty cool map. I love the look of it. I was wondering how you did the low gravity trick? Every time I jump I jump much further than normal.

@Masta_Frank01: thanks! Gravity is set to 0.5 with a trigger_gravity that covers the entire playable area.
