A large escape map series set in a futuristic city. If you aren't familiar with escape maps, you work co-operatively to solve puzzles and do platforming-type challenges as a team, usually there's little to no shooting involved. Requires 3 or more people to complete, however many of the puzzles can be done with only 2 people, up until part 4. There are various puzzles that can be cheesed if you aren't able to figure them out- but you'll need a lot of people to cheese them, while you only need 2-3 to complete them the intended way. This wasn't originally intended, but I figure it doesn't really matter how the puzzles are solved if everyone is having a good time and you've got to work for it either way. Also, a warning that the key hunt recurring puzzle will have cards spawn in different places each time the map is run- so if you come back a second time and find the cards missing, they aren't broken, just randomized.
The series makes extensive use of rain, I really wanted to try and show this off and make it look good, and the downside was that it required splitting the map into 5 parts. Totally worth it though, all the little tricks I pulled to try and hold the illusion together really paid off. The bright lighting used throughout the maps also made a dramatic impact and really helps give the series a defined look, in addition to making everything look pretty and interesting.
Proper, detailed credits for all assets have been given in the text file that comes along with each map file, including licensing and links. It's a long list, so I felt it would be best to leave it short here, and anyone who wants to check out more information can check out one of the text files. Basically, all of the custom sounds and almost all of the custom textures were made by other people, and I tried to make sure that they're all credited appropriately and thoroughly. I created the rain texture, neon light sheets and billboards myself with translation help provided.
