Angular Velocity (avelocity) is an attribute/keyvalue you can give to some brush or point entities. When the entities are active, they will apply angular rotation (Y/Z/X) to their Pitch Yaw Roll (angles) attribute respectively, i.e. avelocity of 0 30 45 applies 30°/s Yaw and 45°/s Roll rotations.

An extensive list of how different entities handle avelocity is available in Reference: Entities, angles, avelocity, and origin page.
