Skals, this is the first map in vault/complited. Jaguar is ru_user. English for him (as for me too) is not native language, so he can miss bio and journal. Look at my journal or bio, dude =) BTW, he uploaded his map to TWHL in last november. Map was presented in hlfx-contest. Results here: https://hlfx.ru/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=957 . Can i create 2 maps for one contest in one week?

halflife_genius, original half-life include the multiplayer code (DM), just find Create Server in menu and select DM-Knot or type in console:
deathmatch 1; map dm-knot.

Scale of things are toooooo large, doors... Do you try to work with clipping tool?
Gameplay... What can I say about gameplay? Nothing.
Totaly map is ugly, but it is normal for first or something maps.

Nice brushwork, but worse texturing. Many places looks like untextured geometry. Good colorlighting. Sands can be more interesting - use vertex manipulation or try Terragen to make more realistic surfaces.

Hi! There some nice brushwork on this level, but you should try to use custom textures - old standart textures is not actual now. See my DM-TheBadPlace and Skaarj's DE-Arkanos to find what HL-engine can do:)

Quake is realy old game - so I don't confused with you never seen it. I made cracks on the walls to separate places, but it is not answer... Okay, I try another way in my next release. And I will use sounds for teleportation at your notice.
