Well, I see someone read the "In The Beginning" tutorial series. This is pretty good for a first map, with the monster_maker added. Very nice! Since it's your first map, I'll give a good rating. 4/5 stars. You're on your way!

That map is crap. It took me about an hour to figure out how to get into the water room. And whats up with the constant damage? I picked up the antidote, but I was still being damaged. This map really sucks! I would give it 0/5, but 1/5 is the min.

Here's my review:

+Liked the breaking rocks.
+Cool part at the end with func_ladder.
+-Waterfall was OK...
-Unrealistic (a floating cliff in the middle of nowhere?)
Add some rocks at the bottom and sides to make it look like it's not floating.
-A little too hard...

Overall, I give it a 3 out of 5.

You need you use textures that aren't crete, or at least the crete walls with cracks and detail, don't just use only 2 or 3 textures, use more. And stop posting maps that are just crap, take your time and make a good one.

The detail is good in the rooms, like in the room where the scientist is passed out/dead.
