Alright, due to one of the strangest bugs I've ever come across, I had to rethink and recompile my the map. This bug is a little hard to explain so...I wont explain it. If you want the fixed (ending) version of the map, please download it again. Thank you and sorry for any problems.

What the hell is with you guys with screenshots and texture alignment? Hasn't anyone told you that it's about the gameplay. Who gives a damn about a couple of textures? For your information, this map made "Best of Map Showcase" over at SVEN Co-op for its gameplay. I don't really care if you care but please play the map before you judge. That's just ignorent. Also, the other areas of the map have great texture alignment and design.

Sorry I couldn't link directly to the file. I was having a little trouble finding a host site for the file (2.10MB). I'll do better next time. Oh, and Hunter, those textures aren't really all THAT bad. You'll see when you play the map that it fits with the rest of that area. I tried my best.

Alright, I have fixed a problem with the map. The doors under each of the vents, when open, blocked the vents from being naded. The doors have now been fixed and the map has been updated. Plaease DL the map again to fix the problem. Sorry for any problems you may have had.

Actually, I started working on this even before I heard about Compo 16. I don't think I can enter it anyway because it's not for Half-Life SP. It will work in HL if you noclip but I wasn't planning to enter in the first place.

If anyone in the past has had an issue with the map crashing, please download it again. I FIXED THE PROBLEM and the map is now 100% playable and crash-free.

I FOUND A PROBLEM BUT FIXED IT! There was a problem with the map that some users found at svencoop.com. This problem consisted of the map not ending. The monster_osprey didn't have a triggertarget or triggercondition thus altering the map ending. I have fixed this problem I ask that IF YOU ORIGINALLY DOWNLOADED THE MAP BEFORE AUGUST 27, 2005 that you download the map again! Sorry for the confusion that some of you may have had.

Actually, the vehicle is just a regular func_door with a speed of 140. A func_door_rotating can be used for the Gargantua's "rollcar" animation. In this case, you could apply an origin brush to one of the sides of the truck and then it could rotate 90 degrees.

In HL SP you would start in an odd location because there isn't a info_player_start. In SVEN Co-op, only info_player_deathmatch entities are placed so that a bunch of players can spawn. If you guys here on TWHL want, I could place a info_player_start in future maps so that you can play it in HALF-LIFE as well as in SVEN Co-op. Just an offer.

Heh, you've been missing out if you've never played SVEN Co-op before Elon. It's a blast! There are tons of maps and cool features. There are also custom weapons and models galore! SVEN Co-op is what drove me to making maps in the first place! - HeAdCrAb KILLA

Onslaught, send me friggan pic! I don't copy people. You said yours is better so how could it be the same? Plus, I got the rims off Google and added custom exhausts. I doubt yours has that. Don't be a girl.

Well the truck itself doesn't come with the custom rims or any of the other stuff on it. I just have that one in particular in one of my maps (sc_liberation).

I thought this map was pretty good. The only thing is the texture usage. The cliff texturing in some spots was just awful. Other than that, this was a really good map. I think if you just didn't stretch those textures so much it would be quite impressive. - HeAdCrAb KILLA
