I fiddled around with UE for a couple of months and came up with a game, decided to make it a hobby project to learn 3D level design and programming:

Pretty nice, a parkour game. Its strange to look at how the character is so detailed but the surrounding is not. Times have changed.
There are a plenty of parkour videos out there maybe you can get some inspiration from that.

Thanks, will do. I got inspired mostly by Mirror's Edge, you can tell because the moveset is almost identical (wallrunning, rolling, wallclimbing, grabbing onto ledges, springboard jumps...) heck even the style, using strong colors lol. I'll try to make more detailed levels after I'm done with the base game, the current ones are mostly just abstract test levels to make use of the mechanics.

Nice, I like ME a lot. What always boggled me about UE4 is it's performance. This seems like a rather simple game but would it perform well on a cheap laptop with all that underlying massiveness of UE4?

I think it might work fine, it's a 32 bit build with no complex geometry or lighting or PBR. Mostly just a cel shade post process effect.
