I don't currently own either of the consoles at the moment, simply because neither one of them has appealed to me.
The wii is a stupid little thing that proves my theory that Nintendo is lazy bastards who rather just make a new controller then a entierly new system, it's just a pimped-out gamecube.

The Xbox 360 is probably the best one out there, because of it's big number of games, which probably is due to Microsoft's bank account. The console itself ain't too special tho.

The Playstation 3 would be my console of choice because it's probably the most powerfull one on the market, it's got the best controllers (in my opinion) and it's a Playstation, that's generally enough to make it best.

So the conclusion is, if the game makers start to shit out good games for the ps3, I'll get one, and if not, I'll get a 360 - if I ever buy a console that is.

Someone typed something about it being a bad idea to fly in our airspace, for all to see. To that I say, if they have that kind of technology, they might think that we're to "primal" and unintelligent to even care about.

Fraps is good for others, I'm sure. Otherwise it wouldn't have such a huge fanbase.
But it didn't really do the job for me, it didn't record all the games, it didn't record the desktop and the final result wasn't useable either. Some of the videos worked, some didn't, some had sound, some didn't. If it behaved this way because it wasn't really compatable with Vista yet, I'm not sure but still, I'll try something else the next time.

Habboi, not liking Fraps doesn't make us "stuffed". It's a matter of opinion.
I'm also looking for a good program to record what ever is on the screen. I tried Fraps but uninstalled it 30 minutes later, I didn't like it one bit.

NEVER think 'will people like this?'! You should never create something that you do not like yourself! The most important thing in creating something new is weather you would like it yourself. What is the perfect game for you? Always create the things for yourself. If you do that there's a good chance that other people will like the same thing.

The problem with beginners wanting to make a mod is that they think too big, don't make plans that are greater then your skills, unless you have help with the other sutff.
Here's what I would do; do all the things that you can do, make all the maps, all the textures and so on. When you're DONE with all the things that you can do on your own, ask for help with the stuff that's missing and that you can't do on your own.

This sounds kinda fun, a bit different. If you're making the maps to look like Lego it should be easy as pie, aswell. Apart from the coding and modelling that is.

It looks like an awesome movie! Looks like it will be simple entertainment with a slightly gothic feel, like Burtons batman movies, which are awesome too.
