You can't compress a compressed file and expect to shrink it much. I created that BMP from a JPEG. Like squeezing a blood for stone and getting blood, then trying to squeeze out blood again.
The only problem is setting up a LAN. Finding people, getting enough power wired to the room, heating/cooling to compensate for the computer heat, etc etc. Oh yeah, keep your defenses up - firewall, limit file sharing.
You can easily get 20* hours of music on an iPod video!
With less than 90% of the hard drive full with 128K AAC encoded songs averaging less than 5 minutes, backlight never used, controls only used to start shuffling songs, after that never touched, hold swtiched activated, no game playing. Your actual battery life may vary*
**How long your battery will last is based on this formula:
20
1/4 [Age in months] (Hours)
2 hours if iPod is formatted for a Windows computer
Number of upgrades to firmware after newer model released (Hours)
[Number of scratches] (Minutes)
[Number of times limewire.exe detected running] (Minutes)
A long time ago, I bought an iPod mini and I wanted a better way to hold the thing while it was charging. Letting it lay on the desk sucked as I couldn't view the screen, it got dirty/ scrathed etc, etc. The iPod mini dock seemed like a good idea, but $40 is just too much for a pretty piece of plastic with a through port.
I tried to download a copy of the Sven Co-op 3.0 installer and the official mod page directs me to several sites that claim to host it, but each links to a bunch of mirrors themselves and those mirrors linke din the mirrors either lead to a broken link or fileplanet. Fileplanet sucks. I got on line something like 569/569 and left it waiting for 2 hours. When I came back, I was 79/569 WTF? My guess is that a Halo 3 trailer was on the same server and endless dial-up users were slowly grabbing the file. Anyways when I finally get a download link, I get incredible speeds of - 39KB/s. FIleplanet sucks. I do not want to pay you money every month just to download files faster.
Anyone can run Half-Life 1 lol, even if they don't own the game. You can download that Uplink demo and run any single player level from the console (that's why you can't use the console in the HL2 demo).
People bitched about XP because games ran slower, you had to get a faster system and it was buggy as hell. Now that all of these problems have been fixed and XP is stable, no bitching.
