Valve is trying too hard to keep people in the game these days and the more you leave the worse it gets, the most stupid idea of valve imo. Already got myself a day's timeout. Even seen people get week long cooldowns, are you crazy ?
Atleast they should allow you to surrender if you are loosing badly, same goes for Dota 2.

Did you upgrade your graphics drivers (any drivers at all)? What GPU are you running ? Does it just crash or do you get an error ? Does CS work on D3D (any non gl game)?

Hey now, i don't want to be rude or anything but I'm not new to mapping. I probably started before the all mighty Bruce did so that puts some years on me. Though i didn't make much nor particularly good maps. I do have an idea (or a few) that fit this compo, but not sure if could accomplish them in source

You people need gun control, it will make it harder for potential criminals to get them, any unstable people should be denied a gun. To get a gun in my country is quite hard so no one bothers and I'm talking about handguns, anything more powerful is almost impossible to put your hands on and therefore there aren't many shootings unlike in the US which a massive killing spree happens every week. More guns does not solve the problem.

If you think you can't you won't, making textures is easy, takes just a bit of ps skills to make them tile. I usually just google a texture i need (ex. Wood texture) and rescale them for goldsource.
You people need this, never had a normal war and poking your noses where you should not.

Then that kind of company is called a bankrupt company. Money makes the world go round whether we want it or not, lets hope valve stays what it is.
At the end of the day it comes down to how much money have we made, its a corporate world deal with it, valve will eventually become EA someday.
