I'm not sure. I'm always describing myself as "intermediate" at stuff. I'd compare myself to the "intermediate"-level tutorials and suchlike.

We'll see, eh? I do, actually, think that three tiers is a bit much, but it's so customary, I can't think of a way to have two.

The thread's here for opinion, I just don't think you're getting the point of it. It's just a thing for people to indicate what they're capable of. Why would people claim to be able to code if they couldn't?

As for TWHL3... I think we need a better IRC bot...
What's wrong with 'im? I can't think of much else for him to do.
The only problem I see with it Muzzle is, it relies to much on the honor system.
Er, so? It's not a competition.

I like the idea, Muzz., and will probably add it.

I think it's funny that about 90% (i guess) of people who badmouth microsoft, use their products.
Yeah, er, maybe that's because exactly why they bad-mouth them? Most people have no choice at the moment.

I like their validation stuff. I have an illegal version of Windows, so they only give me security updates and don't harass me with stupid crap like Windows Media Player. Score.

Oh, and I didn't have to activate this, either.

Serious incentives for people who use legal copies, eh?

I said 800x600 was decent, 1024x768 was normal and higher is over the top. Not everybody earns 10k dollar per month or sees it more important to have a huge 2000x2000 screen in their house then all the other things they have to buy.
My monitor costs about... $160 US? A good CRT would cost, dunno, about $120? It's really not that big a deal.

1024x768 40
1280x1024 27
