Ehh there is a file... Lemme look it up.

HERE! It's called "materials.txt" in cstrike/sound.
Its kind of obvious what you have to do, add a line containing your wad and the texture, then the sound.

None of the cs wads contain any 'special' textures(aaatrigger, ORIGIN, SKY etc) except maybe cstrike.wad and/or torntextures.wad.
Use halflife.wad

a prefab is a/some existing brush(es) that you can quickly poof into your maps.
Dont you mean decals? Sound more logical to me.

I think (not sure) those appear when your/a model is placed unsuccesfully(or whatever :) ).
Try looking over all of your models(weapons, NPCs, monsters etc) too see if they look any suspicous(touching walls or something)

Worldcraft dude: You'd have to edit sequences so that both fires, edit the ammo amount, coding .
There IS NO EASY WAY of modeling.
I tried, then my Ms3d broke down.

Black Mesa: Milkshape is the only one (i know of) that can create Half-life models(or 3dmax), and 25$ is NOT expensive.
The ones who made Ms3d, what should they live off?

Ok, first of all: Do NOT upload .bmp files to your site/server/whatever.
They are hugie-biggie-fattie. It takes ages to upload and load. Use .jpg.

For the problem: I dont really know :
Make the train an entity... And some of the blocks cutting up the floor.
I understand it can be hard deleting that train, but try to minimize detail (From this pic, I can see some close windows) and look over the interior (which I cant see ;) ).
The picture finished loading at 2.4(!!!) megabytes.

There might be some mega error in the compile log(so that BSP wont run), try chekcing that.

Add a line saying

Superhero is pathetic and destroys the game.
You enter - Some guy comes up and blasts you with super nades/a flamethrower/super weapons/inisibility(the list goes on), but IF YOURE LUCKY you wont get killed in the first 15 seconds, then you can see all the people FLYING AROUND with ropes, jetpacks, teleporters, etc.
Really good, aint it.
