You simply cannot beat a mouse and keyboard for control. It's the most flexible FPS setup, ever. I'm sure thousands of gamers everywhere will back me on that, even ones that do play on consoles as well. It's simply more comfortable. Try playing something like BF2 on a computer. With all the options and key binds it's impossible to fit on a console controller. Sure it's more complicated, but one adjusts easily.

@ZeG: You need to include the path in there too. It's under the Shortcut Field or something, it should be pointing to C:valvesteamsteam.exe -beta sdk or whatnot.

Check your RAD and VIS settings. Leaks might be causing this.

The G36 doesn't seem much of an improvement over the stock SF stuff, but the PKM does twice the damage of most o' the other LMGs, and is tied most accurate. That's a big difference.You kidding? The G36 is way more accurate than the M4 and the AK74U, especially unscoped. Less recoil mod and dev too. The PKM is less accurate than the RPK74 and M249 I find. It does loads more damage though.

No, I would say that Black Mesa is more of a reference than anything else. The resistance uses anything Black Mesa related as ideology (such as the lambda signs for rebel stashes) thus it would make sense to label their main base as Black Mesa. The added East should simply indicate the geographical location. It should also be pointed out that the original Black Mesa was a government facility, owned by the United States. Since HL2 is located in Eastern-Europe, there could never be a government-owned Black Mesa secret research facility outside of US territory. Just to clarify, if your card is hw dx9 then you can run it. I dont think HDR will run properly on pre-DX9HW cards.
