Buy Scott Mueller's "Upgrading and Repairing PCs", it's only about thirty-odd, excellent buy, and it'll save you money still if you decide to build it.

I think you should look at the Snarkpit, there's something about TVs with power leads that break (as in HL?), perhaps you use something similar - or perhaps it's an animation for the monitor model. Open the model, see if you there's a ChangeAnimation input for a prop_physics...

Firefox is much faster than firefox, it leaves more room for browsing too. You can remove all of the toolbars if you need, giving you nearly a whole screen of browsing space. Opera is bulky and horrible.
Aside from the highlighted mistake, upon which it would be pointless to loiter:

Viewable page areas, with tabs, as minimalist as I could make Firefox and nearly as much as I could Opera (whilst keeping them both usable):

Opera: 0.676Mp
Firef: 0.641Mp

Hah.

I'm all for freeware (heh, like Opera), and Open Source is great. I use Thunderbird. I remain firmly convinced that Opera really is better.

Opera, unpacked in every way, is something like a third of the size of Firefox. Which has sloppy code when Opera has more features, eh?

You're saying that players aren't allowed to be black? ;)

Update your graphics card drivers and DirectX. Install the AGP-PCI motherboard drivers from your motherboard website if you haven't already. Flash your BIOS, format, buy a new graphics card. In that order.

Might want to check the Steam site, too.

Opera is far superior!

Only lazy or cheap people use the inferior Firefox. Still, if you refuse to switch to Opera, Firefox's still way better than Internet Exploiter.

If you'd rather stick with IE, please die.

I could do it really well and properly, but I'm just too tired, sorry. Practise a bit and you'll be able to do it yourself though. Try out all the entities, refer to our Entity Guides, and read all the Beginner and Intermediate tutorials (even the ones that seem irrelevant, because the techniques are often enlightening).
