Well I can vaguely picture 100 as a tickrate when I joined a server. The server messages kept saying this server is running at a tickrate of 100.

Congrats on that third picture. When I was making the train intro in Blue Shift for Source I got to that bit and stopped because it was annoying to make with that curved wall.

Race X was just put into Opposing Force. The reason why there weren't in the original Half-Life is because after Gordon went into the teleporter to go to Xen then they came. Mostly there were just put into there for Opposing Force. Which was not a main point to the Half-Life story. That's why they're not in Half-Life 2. As you can see Opposing Force had nothing to do with the Half-Life series.

I'm sure a few of them will make an appearance like Dr. Magnusson in EP2. I have my doubts about Barney and I think because it was a mod of sorts it will not be linked in HL2...Same for OP4.

Haha that looks great. The glow and everything. Perhaps if you haven't planned this like in all adventure type games or movies the prize is sitting on a mechanised block that unfolds or rises and opens to the player giving him / her the prize.
Also perhaps add a sprite glow or something that adds to that green light.

Well for me I'll be getting a new PC sometime and I am sure from every comment I have read that I will not get Vista but surely that means I can't use DX LVL 10? I want the best PC up to this date and I don't want to be limited to the programs I use because of a stupid OS...
