If I don't find any solution I'll have to shield of half of the map using player clip, and that wouldn't be very funny for the player.

I must say that the new cartoony look is more uhm,, (lack of english, so I'll just use..) looks more pwny!
It's certainly more fun than the old look, which was quite boring.

But the ship for example, is just too much in my opinion.
Fortress Forever looks too much like HL2, it uses too many of the original HL2 textures and props.
I think that will change during the time of progress.
Sure, the first versions will have a very "HL2y look" but the more they work on it the less HL2 will be able to be seen in it.

Habboi: Are you sure it's not a lights.rad file doing this?

I think that the lights.rad file either can be in the "half-life2/bin" folder, or in the same folder as hammer.
Anyway, if you find a lights.rad file, open it and look for (or search it for) the text "dev_interiorlight02b", if it's there, then you've found your problem

If it's day the fourth number should be around 300 (I think)
Night should be around 70, or less (70 would be evening)

And of course this works on the other lightentities aswell

Did you know that the TWHL server has limited space? This is a waste of an SQL entry. Please refrain from using up that space in a wasteful manner. This kind of stuff is what the shoutbox and IRC is for.
Did you know, that when you posted that reply, you wasted just as much space as mario* did.
What you should have done would have been to mail him, because that wouldn't waste any of the TWHL db-space. :)

Maybe you can use a trigger_push that will push you upward. This way you wont fall. It will be like a floor but instead of walking on it you'll float in a bizzar way. No need for a really strong strength of push, but make sure it's strong enough to lift you
Trigger_push is teh solution,, if it can push the player in HL1.
I was planning to do an example on it if I managed to do it myself, but that would be for HL2

Don't focus on the TV, the TV has a screen inside it which shows what a camera can see.

All you need is:
A camera.
An Info_camera_link (I think)
A brush tied to the entity func_monitor with a face which has applied a monitor texture (search monitor in texture browser)
I don't think I need to explain how it is done, just check through the entity properties.

Weeeeelll, It all started back in 2004... <3

I had my own site (the one before the one I have now, it was the same site but it was extreamly lame, though my site is down ftm)
So I registrated at gamesites200.com, half-life section, for my site was also about half life.
When I got there I noticed a site which almost was in the top,, it was snarkpit! :o
I registrated, but the site was a mess! (And it still is if you ask me!)
You couldn't find anything!
So I lookt down on the list (sadly) and found TWHL, and it pwned.
And 7th helped me to make my first map,, aww :heart:
It pwned back then and it still pwns!
Therefore I stay, and you can't make me leave,,, unless you ban me

There is already an example on this. (If I understood this right)

This example uses a trigger which:
First of triggers an event when you touch the trigger area.
When you leave the trigger area it triggers an other event.

"On start touch" and "On end touch"

Of course a simple "trigger_once" can't do this, you'll need to use a trigger_proximity.
