Looks fine. 32MiB o' graphics memory, too... I think HL was designed with 4MiB in mind :).
Why didn't you just try it? It would have taken about a tenth as long as waiting for an answer to this post.
That's pretty excellent for a first map, as I said when I reviewed it.

I'd say a 500MHz CPU, 256MiB o' RAM, and 16MiB o' graphics memory should be acceptable for HL1.
