That's veeery strange. You can make a mod for steam if you want AND you don't need to download hl patches all the time. It's just easier. I just don't know what are you talking about : I think that you're just bad (and wrong)

I've installed it for steam and ... you're not going to belive that! It's WORKING! check steam folder steam apps/[e-mai]/half life and look for Sven co-op folder there. If it's not there than find it and copy it there. If you can't find it, reinstal.

if you have low connection, than try setting connection speed at options (sometimes it gets reseted! only, sometimes but check that)

Don't know what are you talking about... if you ask do you need to download them, well... you just instal steam, register with cd-key (that from hl) and have all games avaible, just right click in panel and click instal, and it'll be downloaded (very fast) You can download hl, op4, tfc, cs1.6, dod, ricoshet(great game! funny) and you can download mods manualy. Easy. You can even have cs 1.6 AND cs 1.5! (don't know why you could want both but you can ) And if you was asking do you need to instal those games, than not. You can have no games istalled at all I have cs 1.6, hl, op4 and ricoshet installed only.

And you say, whats so amazing? lol i have connection speed 100 kb/s ! And my best download speed with accelerator (FlashGet) was 30 kb! How is that possible that i have 200 kb/s when i have 100 kb connection? lol

And, when everybody will play steam there will be much more coustom mods running on it (op4 ctf also, i've already seen it on steam, so there are op4 ctf servers) And, ofcourse you can get valve games without looking for them in shops. Thats much for me! 4 months without buying enything! NEVER i could buy myself a new game for that! (25$=ok 80-100 z? a new game costs 29-99 z?! (most good ones 59,99) And peoples say that 25$ is not much! And MilkShape doesn't accept valid (or so my friend says) code, or is just screwed up! how do i know that if i buy it myself it'll work? Well, i'm going to forget about modeling.

btw MilkShape 3d is "resistant" to any keygen and most (all?) cracks. Only older versions can be hacked, or so i've heard. (and was looking for tham also

)eh, i think that's not a good idea : too easy to copy things from original maps, or even use the original and modify it so it looks like being "recreated". Next Competition should be more creative i think... like making a map of real places, like Barcelona Stadion, or inside of Big Ben

That damn thing won't work! I've got a registration code from friend that no longer have computer (died in flames ) and... i need to wait 2 minutes to finish registration proces becouse i registered after 31 day trial or something. And after 30 minutes still nothing! can't use the damn thing

I have windows xp... I know macs very good and can tell they're shitty! many crashes, not compatible with anything... and thouse mac-mouses! 1 button -_-. Normal mouse is not as good also. But windows xp is best. Not as stable as 98 se but very good, faster better easier and all i'm like windows but i HATE macs! and i've never seen linux
