Sweet, thanks! 'Should of know they were, 'casue they use less resources.

My main complaint with using env_shooter is that their is no way to counter the effect of gravity on the sprites/mdls projected, as far as I know.

America needs to defend it's constitution if it wants to stay America.
Very true. The sad fact is most Americans don't give crap, and/or are oblivious. I should also mention it's unfair to blame onc group or country, of this...It's human nature, and the old axioms still apply:

-You don't realize what you have 'till it's gone.
-That attained to easily is esteemed to lightly.

Perhaps creating a page for the most obvious problems and their solutions....
That is exactly what this site is. 9 times out of 10 if you enter your problem under the 'find' text box, and search in 'forums', you will find the answer to your problem.

The tutorials are another matter, as you can't do a full text search. So, I would recommend all newbies--not meant as a slight--to read every tutorial. You won't understand everything immediately, but as you become more sophisticated, you will be able to go back and re-cap.

While we're on the topic, I have 2 questions myself:

1. The bullets--12mm--that you can use for a func_tank, are they models or sprites, or something else?

2. Whatever they are, can you extract/use them for env_shooter?

I hate that the Health field for func_button's default to 1. I always forget this and get really mad, trying to figure out why my buttons aren't doing anything.

It's the best when you have a big map on a final compile, and after waiting for the thing to finish, A stupid compass setting is in the wrong direction, after you thought you fixed it twice. After may painful occurances of this, I now triple check the compass settings/flags are correct.

Sounds simple enought. WC Dude, did you do that, or just set the item on top of the func_conveyor and expect it to move? I've never used tried adding something to a conveyor so I really don't know... The only thing I know for sure is it push/pulls Gordon nicely.
