You really have to read it [bold] ALL [/bold] to get the full feeling for it. Maybe just my clostrophobia thinking about crawling in the small hole... Did you see those pictures!? 
Is it night time there? You need to read the whole thing, because alot of the previous (boring to some) stuff really add's some atmosphere.

Read that - its a biggie so it might take a while (took me about 1:30 without breaks, and no im not in any special classes). I believe that the story is real because they have pictures of most of it. Even if its not true, its a good piece of literature that will keep you to keep reading it.

Well yes, I am hoping that with half life 2 I will get that spark of excitement again and that I will go insane mapping. Part of the reason that I got bored of mapping is because I did it so much. I was mapping like 4 hours a day! 
I wish I was just learning to map again. After over a year of mapping its getting boring and time consuming. The only reason I am still coming here is just the community.

You know what I just think I figured out? Other than the fact that they are annoying, I think that those popups that are all the way in the corner are there because they download virus's in the time it takes for you to close them.
Other than bumping, yell at Unbreakable for those pictures! I don't even remember what pictures but I know like 2 weeks ago I wanted to see them!
My motherboard sucks most. It pisses me off that my computer doesn't have an Advanced Graphics Port - they need to advertise this stuff more!

Its not February! Thats very good news, I can wait until then. Your PC isn't compatible? For those quite amazing graphics its amazing how low the requirements are. I mean your computer could be like 4 years old and as long as it has a graphics card meet the minimum requirements.
This is probably the last good game my computer will be able to run. Its 2 years old, and it was way bottom of the line when I got it. The only reason it is still working is because I upgraded the RAM to 512 and got a 128 Graphics card... I may need to get a more powerful fan and overclock my CPU using m0p's excelent tutorial on his site.

No idea... I can't beat it though. The only way I came close was using noclip, and that had to be followed by and impusle 101... I started cheating after spending 3 hours (im serious) trying to get into that hut. Only way I got through was by noclipping.
Impossible... Until Half Life 2 comes out! Then I am going to make a tank with 4 turrets and its totally indestructable! BOO-YAH!

I think that the true scary maps have real settings though, because if its a strange world like that you really cant relate it to your life, and it sure as hell wouldnt give me a nightmare.
I played it on steam, I couldnt hear any custom songs.

I don't care what you all say its preety cool. I would so love to get my hands on a completely invisable one though... for my own purposes . They should make one thats like a wetsuit, so that you don't see crease shadows.

I dont know if that statement will do anything. Theres alot of hl2 related stuff going around that tells me that it will becoming out in November. If PC Gamer Mag reviewed the game that means that its release is not far away.
Yeah after all this city maps talk I am seriously thinking of making my own. No offense but your map full_city (I dont know if its most recent) wouldn't be much fun because its basically just like fy_iceworld accept alot bigger. If you would have made some accessability in the buildings it would be much better. I liked the other one you made alot more.

You will see how good me city map will be! Although I did try to make one once based off of de_blackhawkdown (That is the coolest city map ever), and I know how hard it is to make a big, even half, detailed city.
