in In the Beginning Pt. 2 Question Post #74823
i was following the directions from the "In the Beginning Part 2" tutorials here, when i got stuck here:

"Great, now we have a hollow object connecting both the rooms but if you look at the corridor in Camera view, you won't be able to see through. To correct this just click on Ignore Group and highlight the end brush of the new corridor and delete it. Do the same with the redundant wall brush and the other wall brush and end. Be really careful when you're doing this - make sure that the brush you delete is the right one."

i hollowed out my little corridor connecting the 2 cubes, setting the thickness of the walls to 2. i then deleted the end of the corridor brush, but the wall of the cube im connecting to is still there. i can't get rid of the part of the wall that is blocking the corridor without getting rid of the whole wall. i have tried moving the corridor farther into the cube and then making it hollow, but the wall brush remains.

sorry about posting such an out-dated question. :
