yes it was. nothing cusom it only has for basic textures but the map is big. i didn't even add in lights. I only added in maybe 50 weapons? some ammo for them, nothing big =/ . The bsp is 44mb but when i winrar it it goes down to 500kb O.o ... wierd ey?

Hello to all you fellow gamers, (sorry if this is in the wrong section, wasn't sure where to post it) I have made a surf map for hl2:dm although it is a massive 44mb when compiled. ... Does anybody know how I can reduce the size of the map. Does bspzip make the map smaller. What can i do do make it suitable for people wanting to download my map on steam. Thanks for your time and thanks in advanced for all useful and unuseful information.
