I feel sad for his passing, even though I am far from a religious person --->

Now, millions of dollars are at stake while people bet on who's going to be the next pope.

The Sistine Chapel has been scanned for electronic bugs before the conclave begins. It's sad they had to do this.

Arnold was heavily into body building and 'posing' for photos in homosexual material. He also used steroids and his father was an infamous Nazi Gestapo Officer. Arnold says he admires Hitler and hates 'Jesus'. He has also attended Bohemian Grove, the place where the elite go to watch 'mock human sacrifices' for some strange reason. So yeah, perfect backgroundfor a future dictator. Hangs around in the woods naked watching mock human sacrifices infront of a large stone owl (Molech), probably enganging in group 'activities' with his fellow elite peers. What a conservative christian.

Jahzel, if you're saying that you were using his homosexuality as a point which contradicts his claims as a conservative christian, then I'm sorry for accusing you. :)

And Kasperg, it's not such a simple dichotomy of people either not doing anything the church says or doing everything the church says. The church's policy in Africa and other places will have caused deaths, because some people who don't take the church's advice on monogamous living (i.e. they sleep around) will take it's advice on the efficacy of condoms and not use them. People won't follow the church's ideals if they're not a part of that church, but by telling people condoms are ineffective in preventing the spread of HIV the church is making a scientific claim which will be accepted when there is no other information available, even if people are not christians themselves.

jahzel please stop reading the supermarket tabloids. most of what they say isnt true. and some of it is lies that gray davis said so arnold wouldnt beat him but he did anyway. he is more honest than most polaticians ive seen.

I dont read supermarket tablids, infact I read anything but supermarket tabloids. My news sources come from international sources and official sources etc. If one news source whitewashes, or tells a lie I can easily find out.

P.s. You can't really lie about elderly, disabled, and young getting tasered by police.

I know nothing of the pope. I wasn't even in the country when it happened. Saw it in a paper and said "Oh, he's dead then?" That was all.

I only mourn the passing of my family and those who died in Normandy 60 years ago.

Why Normandy in particular? Why don't other soldiers who gave their lives in other wars deserve your sympathy? :

Well, he did say his family, so evidently he's thinking particularly of his ancestors and their friends and comrades.

Yeah, what about all those troops out there dying of depleted Uranium? What about all those fighting in the illegal war for oil?

The times they are a changing.

Ok i kinda said that wrong. All those who gave their lives because their leaders told them to. I mean everyone who is sent (if not forced) to fight then and today.

Supposedly he was forced to join, and he deserted from his army position in the artillaries.

Forced... How appropriate

The funny thing is, I said to my family, "I bet this guy is an ex Nazi', then without absolutely no suprise at all, it came out he was a Hitler Youth. The Isralites just love him. (seriously)

Yay, finally we can get some sadism in the catholic church. Oh wait..
Posted 19 years ago2005-04-21 10:52:16 UTC Post #105123
haha, this stuff about him being forced to join, then deserting looks like a whole load of bullshit just to cover up that he was a nazi.

Has he killed many people recently? Does he look like he will do so now?
Would we critize a pope in the future because he once fought in the Vietnam, Yugoslavian or Iraq war? :zonked:
You'd be surprised how many young soldiers were actually forced into battle during WWII, both ally & nazi.

give him more time until he actually does anything

Religion = useless, and therefor, pope = useless. Just a stupid spending of governmental funds.
