Well, it seems as predictable as death and taxes. The 404 error starts popping up again at www.snarkpit.net. I just told a friend about the site, and now he's going to think I'm a liar because the URL doesn't exist. :

It was working for me this morning, albeit slowly. Hopefully it's just limited downtime and Lep will get it back and running shortly.

Before it went down lep posted a message in sp style, it said that the site went incerdibly slow and he hoped the hosts dindt screw up badly.

It went down for me too yesterday...
My mate said it was working fine for him but he used 'Firefox' so I got it just to see if it was my internet explorer.
It still didn't work and later on he came around and he tried it out on mine again but for some odd reason it worked fine :/
I felt stupid but oh well

Snarkpit is a fine website, i come there on a weekly base. I enjoy reading the interesting discussion, though its hard to participate in them if you dont know the more advanced words in english well.

This thread is stupid, jesus, Whats wrong with Snarkpit! They need a new owner, someone, who'll leave it up and keep it running, if they can't aford it! It really ticks me off, I can't recal how many threads here, I've seen depicting this very matter!!

Threads like this appear because this is one of the few ways that I can keep up with the latest at the SnarkPit error/trouble. Obviously, I wouldn't even know if it's up or changed URL again except for posts like these.

I am not criticizing Lep for his lack of effort. If anything, he puts in a tremendous amount of work to keep the site running and bug-free.
But he has gotta do a better job at picking server hosts.
