No, that's spirit and my odd workarounds.
(a trigger_command executing cfg/showquest1.cfg when you get the quest,
and the cfg contains
developer 1
con_color "255 255 255"
hud_saytext_time 9999
motdfile msg/assasinate_brief.txt
motd
developer 0
And the arrow is just an edited model :P
