How would I make it so my textures can be downloaded by players on a server. Normally, it doesn't download the custom map textures, but the server has them. How would I include them in the map?

-wadinclude (includes all used wad files)
or
-nowadtextures (includes only used textures)

Spag, I think it's the other way around.
-wadinclude (includes only used textures)
-nowadtextures (includes all used wad files)

You can also have the Wad file by itself, and
include a .res file in the zip. Google for it :)

Yeah; never use -nowadtextures. Always include proper custom WADs with -wadinclude blah. It's covered in the Custom Textures tutorial!

You need to include the materials with BSPZip.

Valve Dev Wiki has some more info on it.
