Okay, I'm making a map and I want models that don't move, and I assume prop_static is the way to do it. I placed a couple in my map but then it gave me a couple of errors... here is what it said about prop_static:

Error! To use model "models/sf/bmetallbb_01.mdl"
with prop_static, it must be compiled with $staticprop!
Error loading studio model "models/sf/bmetallbb_01.mdl"!
Error! To use model "models/sf/bmetallbb_02.mdl"
with prop_static, it must be compiled with $staticprop!
Error loading studio model "models/sf/bmetallbb_02.mdl"!
Error! To use model "models/sf/bmetallbb_03.mdl"
with prop_static, it must be compiled with $staticprop!
Error loading studio model "models/sf/bmetallbb_03.mdl"!
Error! To use model "models/sf/bmetallbb_04.mdl"
with prop_static, it must be compiled with $staticprop!
Error loading studio model "models/sf/bmetallbb_04.mdl"!
Error! To use model "models/sf/bmetallbb_05.mdl"
with prop_static, it must be compiled with $staticprop!
Error loading studio model "models/sf/bmetallbb_05.mdl"!
Error! To use model "models/sf/rmetallbb_01.mdl"
with prop_static, it must be compiled with $staticprop!
Error loading studio model "models/sf/rmetallbb_01.mdl"!
Error! To use model "models/sf/rmetallbb_02.mdl"
with prop_static, it must be compiled with $staticprop!
Error loading studio model "models/sf/rmetallbb_02.mdl"!
Error! To use model "models/sf/rmetallbb_03.mdl"

Error loading studio model "models/sf/rmetallbb_03.mdl"!
Error! To use model "models/sf/rmetallbb_04.mdl"

Error loading studio model "models/sf/rmetallbb_04.mdl"!
Error! To use model "models/sf/rmetallbb_05.mdl"

It tells me something about '$staticprop', but I don't know what it's talking about. Can anyone help me?
Thanks for any help,

Someone just told me that it has to do with the model itself. Is this true?

Read the SDK documentation on model usage!
