Problem: Just testing it and all just filled in the things and generated code and it creates it in C drive , I don't have a C drive.

It let's you create a modified version of the hgrunt.
You could for example make a friendly grunt with a yellow model etc.

I plan on useing this for my ally grunts in my next mod after Hostage Situation, but ill keep quiet about that for now. this will save me from having to code it in by hand.

Actually, it generates some fgd code now, but that's just some very basic stuff to speed up the process.
Your program is better for manual editing and such.
