you can make anything a ladder(or a liquid)So if we did this on a existing brush entity, would the entity lose it's previous attributes, example func_wall or would it be both a func_wall and a func_ladder? :
give it this property:
skin
the value determines what the brush is, not the entity, valid ones are : ladder, water etc.. these have numbers like : -16
