Is there any way to get the source code for Opposing-Force and does anyone know any good sites for coding Op-Force(if possible) and making maps for it.

Making maps...I know no sites, but I can help you, 'cos I'm an OpFor mapper. And I doubt Gearbox are going to release the source code.
