when I insert a prefab, most of the times I can't get it on the same line of the floor and/or wall, does anyone know how what i can change about that?

just make the snap to grid less, then you can precisly put it where you want.

be careful with prefabs... I gave up on them because most I downloaded had errors. Beware the mystery of Vertex Manipulation!

Press "Insert original prefab" to get one the exact right size. Then switch on texture lock and move it wherever.
