Hello all,
Sorry for take your time. I am brazilian guy, so sorry for my english too, i speak portuguese.
So, i need your help. I made a map for cs:s (for TO improve my skills in game).
I search in web a tutorial about random moving targets but no sucess.
I see a maps with this targets (aim_western_range_v2 and shooting_range). I want, if possible, make something same.
So, have a idea? I need you help again :)

Well not sure about random...But...

What you do is make the target that you want to be shot at aka a wooden person maybe with a target on it.

Anyway select it and click tools, tie to entity and choose func_tracktrain.

What you have to do is make a few path_corners and have the train follow these paths via a trigger.

For more detail google your question and it'll come up a lot.

I think tracktrains only run off of path_tracks... but I may be wrong.

Be sure to set the initial velocity higher than zero, or use a trigger to trigger it. Otherwise, the train will not move when you enter the level.
