it says "loading world model" after 3 white stripes, and it shuts down to normal find servers, create server etc.

There are several problems obvious in that log.
WARNING, microbrush
This means that you have some solids in your map which are (if I remember right) smaller than 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5. The engine does not like this at all.

This is often caused by making something complex, grouping it together, and then scaling it down to make it smaller. Have you been doing this?
WARNING: Cluster portals saw into cluster
As far as I know, this means you've got brushes which overlap each other at strange angles and confuse the compile tools. This doesn't necessarily cause a map to not load, but it can do.

In this case, it seems bad enough that the second half of VIS isn't running at all. Even if your map did load, this will cause the lighting in your map to look wrong, and probably force the engine to draw the entire map, all the time, no matter where the players are. This isn't very good for performance.

This one's pretty self-explanatory. Change the prop to a dynamic entity. This error isn't the cause of your main problem though.

There's an option in one of the hammer menus where you can enter the number of a brush and it will take you to it.

The map coordinate extents thing most often happens (to me anyway) when I've made an invalid brush, and sometimes something happens when you save the file and the brush becomes bigger than the whole map grid. 9 times out of 10 Hammer will automatically delete the brush the next time you load the map into it, but sometimes it won't.
