so with cycler_sprite I can insert a model.For example, I have a helicopter model (animated) in my model folder.It'll work?

I personally think that monster_generic works better. I've actually had cycler_sprite crash Hammer when I've tried to use models with it. There are other entities that allow you to place models too, but monster_generic seems to work for every situation. The only downside is that it isn't available in Counter-Strike, so you'll have to use a cycler_sprite for that.

The monster_generic, if shot, will bleed, and when hit with the crowbar, it'll explode (gibs). So i would use the cycler entity.

Note: Im talking about the cycler entity, not the cycler_wreckage or the cycler_sprite entity.

MuzzleFlash, that's why you check the "not solid" flag. ;)

Still though, if this is CS1.6, the only entity available for placing models is cycler_sprite. They removed cycler and all the others.

HMMMM......too complicated.....I'll just forget it....When I will really need to place some models...I'll ask you.(but until then,How can tree models be placed? :D )

Do you actually read the replies? Me, F0ld and srry pretty much gave you three possibilities on getting models in a map.
