I'll just like to give an example so you can understand my problem more easily.

ok...

for example the map: de_dust when i go to the map you will choose a team then select a player. My problem is the backround of the select playerand team, shows different areas of a map.

my problem is: how do i do it

More specifically, a trigger_camera. I'm not sure how to setup the camera to be the default "idle view" in Counter-Strike, but google around and you'll probably find a tutorial on how to do it. Alternatively, decompile a CS map and have a look (it's okay if you don't steal :P).

Set up your trigger_cameras to show the areas you want and simply name each "cam1", "cam2", etc.

Just place trigger_cameras where you want and put a target for they keep looking.
Also they don't show spawn points. It keep changing the camera after few seconds even if you selected terrorist or ct and vice versa.

So you mean i need to place trigger_cameras with targets to look at but NOTHING triggers the camera/camera has no name.(i'm just summarizing it up)

As Daubster pointed out, you need to name each individual camera. Then you setup a trigger system so that each camera is triggered after a certain amount of time. I'd use a multimanager for that.

No need for any trigger system. It's the names that count.
