Here's the error from the log file:

Anyone know why I am getting a file read failure? Should I try not using certain textures? It does not tell me what file is making the error. Any help is much appreciated.

I'm was getting a no image texture 0x0 named cuwlln1, but I replaced them and I still get the same error... maybe there's more screwed up textures?

well, I can definitely say its a problem with either textures or wads. Ive never seen this problem before.

you're using -nowadtextures with a LOT of textures... doesn't that include the entire wad of any wad you've accessed, into your bsp? maybe try turning off that option to see if it gets rid of the error? = /

Still does not work. It is weird, it worked fine for my test1... I add a couple of textures and size it down for test2 and I get this... I was able to get rid of a wad... here's a revised log:
