School morning:

wake_up();
turn_alarm_off();
pause(2min);}
2. Stretch. Yawn like a crocodile.
3. Get up. This needs determination.
4. Go fix and eat breakfast. Usually some scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, bread, butter, tomatoes, cucumbers. After, drink a cup of 70 %milk/ 30% coffee.
5. Go to the bathroom.
6. Dress up.
7. Put on the shoes and the bag.
8. Take off to school.

If it's not a school day then...
1. Wake up. Maybe.
I never turn on my pc in a school day morning btw. I don't have time :.

Wake up at 5.30
Decide not to destroy my alarm clock
Get a room coat and head down.
Turn on the coffee machine
grab plate for bread and butter. grab hagelslag(google it).
push button 2 for strong coffee.
prepare bread for hagelslag.
push button 1 for normal coffee.
finish bread, grab cup of coffee. walk to the living room.
grab cup of buttermilk. walk back to the living room.
start food, turn on TV(NGC, or music television).
Grab second cup of buttermilk.
Finish coffee.
go upstairs, finish bag with laptop and fill it up with the days food supplies( about 1.5/2 liters of drinks and about 8 slices of bread with old cheese prepared the night before).
Put on blue jeans, black t-shirt, black sweater. put on MTB sun glasses if required.(put on winter coat if winter conditions arise).
put on mountaineering shoes.
close door. do final equipment check.
grab mountainbike from the shed, check pedals, breaks and lights/loose parts.
depart 6.00 sharp, turn on MP3 to radio news. drive to the train station. depending on the traffic lights and weather conditions ETA is 6.25/6.30.
store mountainbike in dedicated gaurded heated parking(keeps the oil from freezing in the winter).
walk to the train, it should arrive at 5 past half(6.35), if not wait for 5 minutes before checking out alternative routes.
get in train, find single seat to have a comfortable sleeping place.
sleep from departure(6.52) to arrival(7.30/7.35).
Walk about 20 minutes to school, again vary's on traffic in the train station.
arrive about 8.00 at school. start up laptop, do some pre-work in the hallway.
8.30 commence class/project.

exciting innit?

weekends are wakeup, commence morning routine, but instead of leaving follow it up by checking the computer and getting more coffee.

1. wake up to phone alarm. Hit snooze and go back to sleep.

2. 10 minutes later repeat step one.

3. 10 minutes later repeat step one.

4. 10 minutes later repeat step one.

5. Repeat process for one hour and finally get the FU** UP!

If you like to have dreams wake up an hour before you need to be up and go back to sleep for another hour. I always have dreams when I do this!

Strider your hilarious!

Hmm on a school day its all the same stuff and than drive for over an hour in traffic to university of houston. That is if i'm taking a morning class.

I like coffee but the less I have it the better it works when I do so I try to ration it about 2 or 3 times a week.

I used to eat eggs and sausage every morning or french toast but my heart pains force me to avoid the cholesterol. So I eat cereal and fruit etc... :(

I can't understand how some people get asleep so easily while commuting. I can't even close my eyes while I'm on anything that moves. Only on INSANELY long trips (say, >8h) I might get some bad sleep.
2. Cross room to turn off alarm (if it's next to my bed I just fall asleep again straight after turning it off).
At least it works for you. I've actually ceased to set any alarm at all, even if I have to walk across the room I somehow manage to go all the way to turn it off without being fully awake, then get back to bed like nothing happened.

 } else {
  1. Wake up due to father entering room to ask why am I still in bed
 }

 2. Immediately fall back asleep
 3. Suddenly wake up 2 hours later in half-panic because I don't know the time and I might be late
 4. Ponder for another hour whether to get out of bed or not yet.
 5. Gather the strength to actually get up.
 6. Get dressed.
 7. Go to bathroom
 9. USE bathroom
 10. Go to kitchen
 11. Get some chocolate milk and biscuits for breakfast.

 14. Do last-minute homework
 15. Realise it's time to leave
 16. 15 minutes later, actually leave.
 17. Walk 5 blocks to bus stop.
 18. Take bus #42 to the end of the line.
 19. Arrive at main campus an hour later
 20. "Be" at class
 21. Go back to bus stop across the street
 22. Take bus #42, go back home.
 23. Get dinner
 24. Check email, twhl, forums
 25. Go to sleep

Archie and Pepper have a really busy schedule. Unfortunately for me, if I'm going to go to the college I want, I have to move in that city. It's a 100 km distance from my place, and the train makes it in almost 3 hours. I really hate our rail networks. Trains are fucking slow(like stopping in every station wasn't enough).

Also, when I go by train somewhere and it's morning, I'm falling asleep pretty soon, I'm a total wreck in some mornings.

To quote Jonathan Coulton: "Code monkey get up, get coffee. Code monkey go to job."

Seriously though, in the week there are several possible morning routines.

Best Case Scenario:
1. Alarm goes off at 06.00. Get up to turn alarm off.
2. Get back into bed. Alarm on phone goes off at 06:30. Get out of bed.
3. Get coffee and some kind of food (toast/cereal/biscuits)
4. Sit around for 15 minutes, read.
5. 07.00 - Wash face and hair. Gel hair.
6. Make lunch (salad / sandwiches)
7. Leave house by 07:30
8. Drive to shrewsbury
9. 08:30 - Pick up friend. Head for Kingsland estate private school.
10. 08:40 - Park car at private school (free) and start walking to office.
11. 08:55 - Arrive at office. Doss around on the net for a few minutes.
12. Start work.

Late Night:
1. Turn off alarm at 06.00
2. Turn off alarm at 06.30
3. Wake in a panic at around 07.00
4. Get coffee.
5. 07.20 Get washed and dressed.
6. Get money to buy lunch (sandwich / healthy chicken wrap / McDonalds ) and leave for 07:30.
7. Drive to shrewsbury, stopping at 07:40 to get energy bar for breakfast. Continue as in routine 1.

Very Late Night:
1. Wake up at 07:30ish in a panic.
2. Get Dressed, make and drink coffee rapidly, burn mouth.
3. Leave around 07:45.
4. Drive to shrewsbury.
5. 08:30 - get angry text from friend ( "Where are you!? We gonna be late. Dickhead"
6. 08:45 - Pick up friend. Recieve punch in face.
7. 08:55 - Park car at private school (free) and start walking to office.
8. 09:10 - Arrive at office. Get yelled at by boss.
9. Start work.

:D

Weekend:
1. If I do sleep (usually unintentionally), I wake up early, like 4am.
2. Fuck around for about 48 hours.

I don't know why but sometimes I wake up about 6 or 7 at clock. Than I fall asleep again till 9 morning. Than I turn on laptop while I still lie in a bed, check maybe at last apocalypse has begun. Then after some morning exercises I get dressed. Than I go to bath and wash my face with cold water, brush my tooths. I don't eat much at mornings maybe a cookie or two.
And that is my morning.
I start work at 2pm. Next week I will work from 6am so my daily routine will look like:
1. Wake up late
2. Get dressed
3. Run to car, jump in, turn on stereo.
4. Speed a lot
5. Leave car far away from workplace because there is no empty spots in a car park.
6. Run trough cars to the workplace.
7. Say sorry and start working.

6:45 - wake up.

6:45-7:00 - eat foodz.

7:00-7:20 - get changed, wash face, brush teeth.

7:20 - leave.

Note I either shower the night before or not at all, I'm not really a smelly BO kinda guy, and I always use deodorant when I get out of the shower, and it lasts forever. Not to mention cigarettes make me stink like shit anyway.
