i don't know if this is the palce to post this problem, but when I start singleplayer and I want to use a admin weapon it say I'n not a super-admin....

Seems you need a ULX mod to make yourself a super admin.
Google 'gmod superadmin' and there are a few guides and forum posts about it.

thx for reply, I'll see if that is the problem... but I have another question, my firend has a problem with the addons, he can suscribe but the game don't download nothing.
We try a lot of things and he change of pc and nothing.
