I want to give a player a mount of money when reachs some points in the cs map, or when he get rid of some Func Breakables brushes

and on the contrary of that, take from him amount of money if he shot some objects.
i know it is possible i saw a kind of this in a custom maps.

player_equip gives things like the "tactical suit" in the training level, I think. That, and kevlar, helmets, and other "equipment" items (non-weaponry)

If the game_player_equip can't give cash, then I don't think there's a way to give the player money.
