is there anywhere i can find a guide to use wally i dont have a clue what unziping all the files does. And do i have to also download winzip to get it working?

No, you don't need Winzip. It's really not hard, you just right-click a file and click Export.

well can you help me. i want to view all of my abient generics but i dont know where to find them. could you tell me how to get to them and what to do?thanks man

Open the PAK, then click "valve" on the left pane, then "sound" and "ambience".
