This is severely Off Topic, but I need some help here...

Today I received my Thunder Tiger DT-10
Stadium Truck.

What I found inside the box was very unsettling, as it was not packed well at all.

I was told that he supposedly broke the spring during the "ONE AND ONLY TIME" he ran the car.

I invite any experienced R/C'ers out there to view the following web page, and respond as requested with any input possible.

Hmm...I'm no expert on the subject, though I know a few people who know more about this kinda stuff. I'll see if I can get them to take a look.

First off, it was traded for for my paintball gun - next, he's 14 years old... and lastly, a lawsuit would take more time and money than is actually worth it, as the engine is in fine shape... I found out all I need is a pull starter and some fuel... Nitro powered
