Does anyone know where i can download a counter-strike weapon skin maker? I thought of making some really cool scout skins can any1 give me a link to a download for a CS skin maker please.

Skin maker? No problem. MS paint, adobe photoshop, Paint shop pro. Use PSP. REALLY good. And you'll need hl model viewer to change the skins.
