How do you take the wads used in maps that are built into the map?

But I need this question asnwered fast guys. I have a brilliant idea for a horror map (a REAL horror map) and I don't want to go too long without making it. Its small but I can garontee you it will scare the ** out of you. Thats not my ego speaking either, this map idea even scared me.

and I'm pretty sure you can't un-wadinclude. unless you have the time to really go nuts with a decompiler and PSP

Its possible, actually, with a program called BSP2WAD. But the textures I wanted came out distorted and splochy as ingame thy are really really weird anyway. So now Im just making everything from scratch
