I know you can precache models with the custom_precache entity for Sven Cop but how do you make precached weapons show up?

make a weapon_whatever and change it models replacement keys ... pretty self explenatory if
you bother to look for it

I've got no idea what v_ w_ and p_ stands for - but hey, I thought there was a v_ model field, a w_ model field and a p_ model field in the weapons options...

I just checked and all the entity settings for weapons are the same. there is no v_model field. Whats the key name so I can ad it manually.
