CS maps. Where's the entities?

I have Worldcraft. But there arent any cs entities in the list of entities. There is now hostage antities or bomb location entities or any of the cs entities. Am I missing something?

As Zombie said, there is a good CS setup guide in the Intermediate Tutorials... Mmmm, I should move that to beginner.
