Gman's exact words were "If for no other reason I have argument to preserve you for a time". I guess "for a time" means he'll be freed at some point of the future. I certainly hope there'll be a sequel...

Who says you'll be playing as Adrain Shephard? He might've gone off and died, who cares.
You start out as a combine metrocop - harrassing the normal citizen, throwing coke cans at old people.. but then, they find Gordon and you get called in to become a combine soldier. Boom, you get all these implants and stuff (Bullettime, anyone?) and 'tis time to kick some rebel ass.

I'm stuck at the very end where you fight the big green monster, I keep shooting his eyes with the lasers, then I kill a monster then shoot his eyes and I do it over and over and over and ove.. you get the point..
